Booty Boost 2 program is an 8-week program designed to help you get a perkier, lifted, and toned booty without making your legs bigger. The program was designed and filmed by Jennie Soderlind who is an experienced Pilates instructor.

Jennie designed the Booty Boost 2 program sequel to the Booty Boost 1 program. However, if you are advanced to the intermediate level, you can do it without doing the Booty Boost 1 first.
