If you love Pilates workouts but find going to classes too expensive and too time-consuming, we've got you covered!
One of our trainers, Nina Hoffman, wrote and filmed an amazing full-body Pilates program to get you lean and toned from the comfort of your home!
- This program focuses on full-body workouts and it's designed to help you achieve a slimed down, toned look without adding unwanted muscle bulk.
- It includes a few squats and lunges, so if you bulk up super quickly in your lower body, you can skip those few workouts. :)
- All of the exercises are low-impact, there's no HIIT
- Small-space-friendly workouts
- There are 4 workouts per week and all workouts are 30 min or less
- Workouts do not repeat, you get 32 workout classes
- Equipment used in the workouts: ankle weights, dumbbells, resistance bands and gliding discs. And of course a yoga mat. We have also added a Pilates ball for some workouts. But you can substitute this for a pillow or rolled-up towel.

I have been following the new Full Body Pilates program, and I can honestly say that it has kicked my butt and pushed me to new levels of strength and power. It well balanced across all areas of your body, it is challenging but managable and sometimes spicy! :-) Definitely have seen results with my body, linear thighs, flatter tummy, strong arms - loving it all!

Finally found a workout series that I really enjoy and where I am seeing results! I’ve tried a few other brands of workouts, but I just really love the exercises from Femme Nativa. I actually feel upset if I miss a workout, which is new for me to like a workout program that much.
