Jenny P I wish this workout was available in 8 weeks course instead of just 5 days. It is a short workout routine however, it is very effective. I could feel my core after each of this workout. I have been adding cardio (fast walking) after this workout and I feel great. I will definitely go back and repeat this workout more to reach my goal.
