Booty Boost 2 program is an 8-week program designed to help you get a perkier, lifted, and toned booty without making your legs bigger. All of the workouts are low impact (no HIIT) and they will mostly target your glutes, legs, and core. The program was designed and filmed by Jennie Soderlind who is an experienced Pilates instructor.
Jennie designed the Booty Boost 2 program sequel to the Booty Boost 1 program. However, if you are advanced to the intermediate level, you can do it without doing the Booty Boost 1 first.

Will I be able to keep the program forever?
If you purchase this program through Single Program option, you will get access to your program forever. If you purchase the VIP Annual Package, you will get access to your program and everything else inside the Femme Nativa app for 12 months from purchase date. If you purchase the VIP Monthly Package, you will get monthly access to your program and everything else inside the Femme Nativa app.
How will I receive the program?
You can access the program and all eBooks, guides, videos and audios via our Femme Nativa app. The app is available on Apple, Android and desktop.
What equipment do I need?
To do the Booty Boost 2 program you will need minimal to no equipment. To make the workouts more challenging, we recommend using ankle weights, dumbbells, resistance bands, gliding discs, and a Pilates ball (as an alternative you can use a pillow or rolled-up towel).
Can I do this program at the gym?
Yes, you can do this program at the gym, or at home. Whichever you prefer :)
How many workouts per week?
There are 4 workout videos per week. Plus, there is cardio most days per week. Every week repeats twice to make sure you can perfect your technique and get the best possible results.
How long are the workouts?
The workout videos are up to 30 minutes long.
How much experience do I need for this program?
You don't need any experience for this program! We walk you through all of the workouts.
How much cardio do I need to do?
You will receive a cardio guide which outlines how much cardio to do, plus lots of extra tips!
Is the cardio the same for all programs?
Yes, the cardio part is the same for all programs.
