If you're struggling with fat loss and you've tried everything out there but nothing worked, we have a solution for you!
Rachael teamed up with our trainers, Jennie and Nina, and together, they designed and filmed the only fat loss program you'll ever need!
- This program focuses on full-body workouts and it's designed to help you lose body fat and tone you up in all the right places without making you bulky.
- Suitable for intermediate to advanced users.
- If you are a beginner, we recommend getting our Full Body Fat Loss Bundle and starting with the Busy Girl Program from this bundle before proceeding with the Full Body Fat Loss Program.
- There are 4 workouts per week and all workouts are 30 min or less.
- Workouts do not repeat, you get 32 workout classes.
- Equipment used in the workouts: ankle weights, dumbbells, resistance bands and gliding discs. And of course a yoga mat. We have also added a Pilates ball for some workouts. But you can substitute this for a pillow or rolled-up towel.

This is my favorite program so far!! I love that it has a combination of resistance training, pilates and HIIT and I love the fact that each girl has her own unique style of training! Very entertaining and effective!

I’ve been following the Full Body Fat Loss Program by Femme Nativa, and it’s been an incredible journey so far! The program is super well-structured, combining effective workouts with plenty of variety to keep things fresh and exciting.
One of the best parts is working out with the amazing trainers Rachael, Jennie, and Nina. Each brings their own unique style and energy, making every session feel different and fun. It’s so cool to have this mix of trainers—it keeps me motivated and ensures I never get bored!
The exercises are easy to follow, yet challenging enough to push you toward your goals. Plus, the balance of full-body movements and targeted exercises really helps to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

Great workouts, can feel the burn. Easily adapted by adding more/less resistance. Really nice having a mix of formats and trainers.
