    This is my favorite program so far!! I love that it has a combination of resistance training, pilates and HIIT and I love the fact that each girl has her own unique style of training! Very entertaining and effective!

    I’ve been following the Full Body Fat Loss Program by Femme Nativa, and it’s been an incredible journey so far! The program is super well-structured, combining effective workouts with plenty of variety to keep things fresh and exciting.

    Great workouts, can feel the burn. Easily adapted by adding more/less resistance. Really nice having a mix of formats and trainers.
