One of our OG trainers, Narelle Hobbs, wrote and filmed an amazing full-body Pilates Program that's suitable for beginners and postpartum women.

This is a full-body workout program with a focus on core, pelvic floor, posture and balance.

  • Written and led by an experienced Pilates instructor with over 10 years of experience
  • All of the exercises are low-impact, there's no HIIT

There are 4 workout videos per week. Plus, there is cardio most days per week. Every week repeats twice to make sure you can perfect your technique and get the best possible results.
