One of our OG trainers, Narelle Hobbs, wrote and filmed an amazing full-body Pilates Program that's suitable for beginners and postpartum women.
This is a full-body workout program with a focus on core, pelvic floor, posture and balance.
- Written and led by an experienced Pilates instructor with over 10 years of experience
- All of the exercises are low-impact, there's no HIIT
- Small-space-friendly workouts
- There are 4 workouts per week and all workouts are 30 min or less
- The program lasts for 8 weeks (16 videos in total)
- Equipment used in the workouts: ankle weights, resistance band, dumbbells, gliding discs. And of course a yoga mat.

How will I receive the program?
You can access the program and all eBooks, guides, videos and audios via our Femme Nativa app. The app is available on Apple, Android and desktop.
What equipment do I need?
To do the Pilates Program for Beginnes, you will need minimal to no equipment. To make the workouts more challenging, we recommend using ankle weights, dumbbells, resistance bands and gliding discs. And of course a yoga mat.
Can I do this program at the gym?
Yes, you can do this program at the gym, or at home. Whichever you prefer :)
How many workouts per week?
There are 4 workout videos per week. Plus, there is cardio most days per week. Every week repeats twice to make sure you can perfect your technique and get the best possible results.
How long are the workouts?
The workout videos are up to 30 minutes long.
How much experience do I need for this program?
You don't need any experience for this program! We walk you through all of the workouts.
How much cardio do I need to do?
You will receive a cardio guide which outlines how much cardio to do, plus lots of extra tips!
Is the cardio the same for all programs?
Yes, the cardio part is the same for all programs.
