The Booty Boost program was created by an experienced Pilates instructor, Jennie Söderlind. This is a pilates-inspired Booty Boost program you can do anywhere. You can do it with minimal to no equipment and achieve amazing results in just 8 weeks.

What equipment do I need?
For the Booty Boost 1 program, you’ll need ankle weights, resistance band and small dumbbells.
Can I do this program at the gym?
Yes, you can do this program at the gym, or at home. Whichever you prefer :)
How many workouts per week?
There are 4 workout videos per week. Plus, there is cardio most days per week. Every week repeats twice to make sure you can perfect your technique and get the best possible results.
How long are the workouts?
The workout videos are up to 30 minutes long.
How much experience do I need for this program?
You don't need any experience for this program! We walk you through all of the workouts.
How much cardio do I need to do?
You will receive a cardio guide which outlines how much cardio to do, plus lots of extra tips!
