Yes all programs have lifetime access, so you can keep them forever.
You can access the program and all eBooks, guides, videos and audios via our Femme Nativa app. The app is available on Apple and Android. You can also access our programs via the login section of our website which allows you to view it on desktop.
The programs use small equipment including ankle weights, light dumbbells and a resistance band. If you don't have these, all workouts can be done without.
Yes, all workouts can be done at home or at the gym, whichever you prefer.
All programs include 4 resistance training workouts per week, plus cardio.
The Busy Girl and Fit in 15 Programs (15 minute workout programs) include 5 resistance training workouts per week.
The Lean Legs 1 Program has workouts ranging from 20 - 45 minutes.
The Busy Girl and Fit In 15 Programs have 15 minute workouts.
All other programs have 30 minute workouts.
Generally you don't need any experience for these programs as the trainer will walk you through step by step, including a warm up at the start and a stretch at the end.
We have some programs that are more challenging than others. So it would be better to start with the easier programs and work your way up.
You will receive a cardio guide which outlines how much cardio to do, plus lots of extra tips!
Our programs range from beginner to advanced, so we have an option suitable for you.
Our workouts are all designed NOT to make you bulky. Rachael and the trainers have carefully created all programs to ensure they get you lean and toned and not bulky.
