The short, quick workouts are perfect for fitting into a busy schedule, and I really enjoyed how effective they are despite the short duration. The challenge length (6 days) and structure make it easy to stay consistent, and I always feel great afterward. Highly recommend for anyone looking to tone up without spending hours on it!
