For the Fit In 15 Program, you’ll need small dumbbells, a resistance band and ankle weights. If you don't have this equipment, all workouts can be done without them.
Yes, you can do this program at the gym, or at home. Whichever you prefer :)
There are 5 workout videos per week, for 8 weeks. So you receive 40 workouts in total.
The workout videos are 15 minutes long.
You don't need any experience for this program! We walk you through all of the workouts.
You will receive a cardio guide which outlines how much cardio to do, plus lots of extra tips!
