One of our lovely trainers, Nina, who is an experienced Pilates instructor, has designed and filmed this amazing full-body Pilates program to help you get lean and toned from the comfort of your home!
- This program focuses on full-body workouts and it's designed to help you achieve a slimed down, toned look without adding unwanted muscle bulk.
- It includes a few squats and lunges, so if you bulk up super quickly in your lower body, you can skip those few workouts. :)
- All of the exercises are low-impact, there's no HIIT
- Small-space-friendly workouts
- There are 4 workouts per week and all workouts are 30 min or less
- Workouts do not repeat, you get 32 workout classes
