For the Full Body Fat Loss 2 Program, you’ll need gliding discs, ankle weights, dumbbells and a chair. If you don't have this equipment, you can do the workouts without them.
Yes, you can do this program at the gym, or at home. Whichever you prefer :)
There are 4 workout videos per week, for 8 weeks. So you get 32 workouts in total.
The workout videos are up to 30 minutes long.
This is one of our more challenging programs so you will need a base level of fitness to do the program. If you are a beginner, we recommend one of our Lean Legs, Busy Girl or Fit In 15 Programs.
You will receive a cardio guide which outlines how much cardio to do, plus lots of extra tips!
