Very compact yet effective
The Flat Tummy Challenge by Femme Nativa was a great experience! The 5 workouts, ranging from 11-13 minutes, were the perfect mix of quick and effective. As promised, they can stand alone or be combined with the Flat Tummy Program for an extra challenge. Even on their own, these workouts gave me a solid burn and left me feeling stronger. I’m excited to take things step by step and eventually pair them with the full program. Highly recommend for anyone looking for efficient and impactful workouts!
