The Lean Legs 2 program is created by certified personal and group trainer Rachael Attard. Rachael has more than 10 years of experience. She has taught thousands of women how to train to get slim and toned without getting bulky. You too can become one of them and finally get the body of your dreams.
Rachael created LL2 program as a sequel to her original LL1 program. LL2 is a standalone program you can do LL2 even if you haven’t done the LL1 program. LL2 is more challenging and intense so we recommend it to advanced users. If you are at beginner or intermediate level then the LL1 program will be a better option to start on.

If you purchase this program through Single Program option, you will get access to your program forever. If you purchase the VIP Annual Package, you will get access to your program and everything else inside the Femme Nativa app for 12 months from purchase date. How will I receive the program?
You can access the program and all eBooks, guides, videos and audios via our Femme Nativa app. The app is available on Apple, Android and desktop.
What equipment do I need?
For the Lean Legs 2 program, you’ll need gliding discs, resistance band, small dumbbells, ankle weights (optional), chair.
Can I do this program at the gym?
Yes, you can do this program at the gym, or at home. Whichever you prefer :)
How many workouts per week?
There are 4 workout videos per week. Plus, there is cardio most days per week. Every week repeats twice to make sure you can perfect your technique and get the best possible results.
How long are the workouts?
The workout videos are up to 30 minutes long.
How much experience do I need for this program?
You don't need any experience for this program! We walk you through all of the workouts.
How much cardio do I need to do?
You will receive a cardio guide which outlines how much cardio to do, plus lots of extra tips!
Is the cardio the same for all programs?
Yes, the cardio part is the same for all programs.
