The Lean Legs 2 program is created by certified personal and group trainer Rachael Attard. Rachael has more than 10 years of experience. She has taught thousands of women how to train to get slim and toned without getting bulky. You too can become one of them and finally get the body of your dreams.
Rachael created LL2 program as a sequel to her original LL1 program. LL2 is a standalone program you can do even if you haven’t done the LL1 program. It is more challenging and intense so we recommend it to advanced users. If you are a beginner or intermediate level, LL1 program will be a better option for you.
