Description
Lean Legs 2 Program is an 8-week workout program designed to slim and tone your legs. All of the workouts are designed and led by our founder & trainer Rachael, so she will be there with you every step of the way.

I love Rachel‘s workouts! They are easy to follow and not too time consuming. Furthermore you can achieve great and realistic results within a few weeks! The pilates inspired exercises help to not bulking up your legs and to get a toned and slim body. Love it!
