Rachael created GAL program as a sequel to her original LL1 and LL2 program. GAL is a standalone program you can do even if you haven’t done the LL1 or LL2 program. It is our most challenging program so we recommend it to advanced users. If you are a beginner or intermediate level, we recommend starting with LL1 program, progressing to LL2 and then moving to the GAL program. If you follow them in this order, you will get the best results!
