The workouts themselves are good and can easily be followed, independent of your fitness level. However, I was expecting to get different variety of cardio workouts as well as more workouts. For most of the purchases you get 8 weeks of workouts and I was expecting something similar, but unfortunately, with this purchase we get only 8 different workouts of 25-40 minutes each. If you want to do them, 3-4 times per week, you will end up always repeating the same.
