The Full Body Fat Loss Challenge by Femme Nativa was exactly what I needed! The 5 workouts varied between 11-20 minutes, which was perfect for my schedule. I personally preferred the slightly longer sessions, but the shorter ones were a great option for busy days. While I usually find HIIT workouts challenging, these no-jumping HIIT routines were manageable and still gave me a great burn. I loved how accessible yet effective the program was—highly recommend!
