    Perfect for the Time Poor Ladies

    As a busy Mum of two who works full time and has kids sporting commitments I struggle to make time for myself and get in much needed exercise. The 15 minute busy girl walk outs have been a god send! I am able to easily slot them into my schedule. Even though the workouts are only short, I still very much feel and notice the difference from doing them. I also love the Rachael takes the time to add in stretching at the start and end of the exercise, a lot of previous exercise videos I have done didn't have this and what a difference it makes! Highly Recommend Rachaels Femme Nativa programs!!
