This is a full-body workout program with low impact workouts and a focus on getting lean and toned, not bulky.
- Written and led by our founder and trainer, Rachael Attard, with over 10 years of experience
- All of the exercises are low-impact, there's no HIIT
- Small-space-friendly workouts
- There are 5 workouts per week and all workouts are around 15 minutes
- The program lasts for 8 weeks (40 videos in total)
