Yes, the programs are yours to keep forever!
You can access the programs and all eBooks, guides, videos and audios via our Femme Nativa app. The app is available on Apple, Android and desktop.
It varies but for most programs you'll need ankle weights, a resistance band and light dumbbells. If you don't have this equipment, you can do the workouts without.
Yes, you can do any program at the gym, or at home. Whichever you prefer :)
There are 4 workout videos per week. With the exception of Busy Girl & Fit In 15 Programs which include 5 workouts per week.
Fit In 15 and Busy Girl Programs have 15 minute workouts.
Lean Legs 1 and GAL Programs have 20-40 minute workouts.
All other programs are 30 minute workouts.
All programs can be done with no experience, except for Full Body Fat Loss 1 & 2, GAL and Full Body Pilates. These are our more challenging programs so you will need some experience and a base level of fitness for these.
You will receive a cardio guide which outlines how much cardio to do, plus lots of extra tips!
