What equipment do I need?
For the Full Body Fat Loss Programs, you’ll need small dumbbells, gliding discs, ankle weights and a chair. If you don't have this equipment, all workouts can be done without.
How many workouts per week?
There are 4 workout videos per week, for 8 weeks. So you receive 32 workouts videos.
How long are the workouts?
The workout videos are up to 30 minutes long.
How much experience do I need for this program?
The Full Body Fat Loss Programs are not for complete beginners (you will need a base level of fitness). If you are new to exercise, we recommend starting with one of our Lean Legs, Busy Girl or Fit In 15 Programs.
How much cardio do I need to do?
You will receive a cardio guide which outlines how much cardio to do, plus lots of extra tips!
