Description
Lean Legs Program 2 is 8-week workout program. All of the workouts are designed and led by Rachael, so she will be there with you every step of the way.
The program is for you if you want to -
- Lose leg fat
- Reduce muscular thighs and
- Tone your legs without getting bulky
- Slim down your hips
- Shorter but more challenging workouts (workouts are up to 30min and suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness level)
The Lean Legs Program 2 includes -
- 8 weeks of full-length workout videos
- More challenging workouts, suitable for intermediate to advanced
- Workouts that are 30 minutes or less
- A structured workout plan
- Workouts tailored to your body type
I love Rachel‘s workouts! They are easy to follow and not too time consuming. Furthermore you can achieve great and realistic results within a few weeks! The pilates inspired exercises help to not bulking up your legs and to get a toned and slim body. Love it!
I've been working out with Rachael for 4 years now and I've never been as happy with my body as I am now. With her program, I even quickly returned to my pre-pregnancy appearance and weight. I like the fact that the training sessions are short :D
I love this program. Its hard enough to push me but not over exhaust my body. Therefore I'm able to stay consistent.
