Love Rachel's vibe and explanations of the workout. Having done hiit for years, this is less intense but more satisfying as it feels like "me time" and is way better on my body (joints, inflammation etc)
I am really loving using Femme Nativa. Rachael’s sweet personality and her approach are easy to follow. The most important thing for me has been the guidance about WALKING. I get between 45 to 60 minutes on the treadmill 5 days a week and I have more energy, sleep better and am gradually losing the midsection fat. Thank you team Femme Nativa!
I am starting week 3 of my LL1 program and I am loving them! They are challenging, but doable! I am very happy with my results so far, and look forward to seeing my results after the 8 weeks is up!
So far it’s been a hard change for me. I’m used to heavy lifting and a lot of running/sprinting. I honestly feel like my legs have become flaccid in the last few weeks and I’m bored by the walking: however, I’m dying to have slim legs. So I will keep at at for the 8 weeks and reevaluate then. I’m so hopeful!
