I have been using Rachel’s workout program since last year and it is my favorite workout program so far. I have tried a lot of different programs and Rachel’s workout routine is different everyday, challenging yet easy to follow. I usually go to gym during lunch time and do my workout and every time I do the workout, I feel refreshed and productive. My weight has not changed much but I feel great after each workout.
