There are 4 workout videos per week in theBooty Boost program. Plus, there is cardio most days per week. Every week repeats twice in the Booty Boost program to make sure you can perfect your technique and get the best possible results. The Busy Girl Program includes 5 workouts per week + cardio and every week is different.

The workout videos in the Booty Boost Program are up to minutes long. The workout videos in the Busy Girl Program are up to 15 minutes long.

We will walk you through all of the workouts. We recommend these 2 programs to women whose fitness level is intermediate.

You will receive a cardio guide which outlines how much cardio to do, plus lots of extra tips!
