We don't ask for your credit card number when you sign up so even when the challenge access ends, you will not be charged. Yes, you can do the Challenge even if you are a complete beginner. We will guide you through all of the workouts and make sure you get maximu results from it.

Yes, the 5 Day PIlates Challenge is completly free from Sept 16 until Oct 16. After Oct 16, you'll have an option to purchase it for only $19 and keep it forever.

You'll need minimal equipement - ankle weights, dumbbells, resistance bands and gliding discs. And of course a yoga mat. We have also added in a Pilates ball for some workouts. But you can substitute this for a pillow or rolled up towel. :)

Yes, you can do this challenge at the gym, or at home. Whichever you prefer :)

There are 5 workouts. They are around 15 min long so they are suitable even for the busiest women.

The workout videos are around 15min long which is great if you have a busy schedule!

No, you don't have to but cardio is great for your heart health and fat loss so if you want to speed up your results, you can try wwlking every day 5000-10000 steps per day. The more you can walk the better!
