You will need ankle weights, gliding discs, small dumbbells, resistance band and a chair.

Yes, you can do these programs at the gym, or at home. Whichever you prefer :)

There are 4 workout videos per week in the Lean Legs 1 program. Plus, there is cardio most days per week. Every week repeats twice in the Lean Legs 1 program to make sure you can perfect your technique and get the best possible results. The Busy Girl Program includes 5 workouts per week + cardio and every week is different.

The workout videos in the Lean Legs 1 Program are between 30-45 minutes long. The workout videos in the Busy Girl Program are up to 15 minutes long.

You don't need any experience for LL1 program! We walk you through all of the workouts. LL2 has more intense workouts so we recommend folowing LL1 first and then moving onto the LL2 program.

You will receive a cardio guide which outlines how much cardio to do, plus lots of extra tips!

Yes, the cardio part is the same for all programs.
