There are 4 workout videos per week in the Lean Legs 2 program. Plus, there is cardio most days per week. Every week repeats twice in the Lean Legs 2 program to make sure you can perfect your technique and get the best possible results. The Busy Girl Program includes 5 workouts per week + cardio and every week is different.

The workout videos in the Lean Legs 2 Program are up to minutes long. The workout videos in the Busy Girl Program are up to 15 minutes long.

We will walk you through all of the workouts. We recommend these 2 programs to women whose fitness level is intermediate.
