I've been following Rachael's programs for 7 years now and I love to switch them up. The new Full Body Pilates Program really kicks your a**. It's probably the most challenging program so far. It's easy to follow and makes me feel great. I do it every other day and go for a walk almost everyday.

I don't know how visible the change is in the photos - but to me it's a huge change. I have always built muscle very very easily in my lower body, while my upper body remains pretty small. I was doing "classic" strength exercises like squats and such, and though the exercise made me feel great, I suddenly felt like I was stomping through the house. Now I feel way more nimble and light, and more in proportion too. And stronger :)

What equipment do I need?
For the Full Body Pilates Program, you’ll need gliding discs, ankle weights and a ball. If you don't have this equipment, all workouts can be done without.
Can I do this program at the gym?
Yes, you can do this program at the gym, or at home. Whichever you prefer :)
How many workouts per week?
There are 4 workout videos per week. Plus, there is cardio most days per week.
How long are the workouts?
The workout videos are up to 30 minutes long.
How much experience do I need for this program?
This is quite a challenging program. So we would recommend starting with one of our Lean Legs or Busy Girl Programs first before moving up to this one.
